Member. Ruvim V. Kuznetsov joined Creason, Moore, Dokken & Geidl, PLLC after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2016. Mr. Kuznetsov is licensed to practice in Idaho and Washington. He maintains a practice focused on civil litigation, including business advising and litigation, estate and trust litigation, personal injury cases, real estate disputes, evictions, lien foreclosures, contested guardianships, and creditor’s recovery.  In addition to routinely representing clients in state, federal, and tribal courts, Mr. Kuznetsov represents clients in state and federal administrative proceedings, including advocacy on behalf of businesses in contested cases with the Washington Department of Labor and Industries.

Mr. Kuznetsov immigrated to the USA from the Ukraine in 1995. Having grown up in a community of European immigrants and a family running a small business, Mr. Kuznetsov has a passion for assisting hard working individuals navigate the often daunting legal aspects of their business and life goals. He often speaks on various legal topics and is committed to assisting individuals solve problems proactively and efficiently. Mr. Kuznetsov is conversational in Ukrainian and fluent in Russian.

Mr. Kuznetsov received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University in 2013, graduating summa cum laude. While attending law school at the University of Idaho, Mr. Kuznetsov served as an Associate Editor and later Chief Managing Editor on the Idaho Law Review, earning an Outstanding Editor Award during his tenure. He also interned with the Walla Walla County Prosecutor.
