Paul O. Merrill is an Associate Attorney at Creason, Moore, Dokken & Geidl, PLLC. He graduated cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2019 and is licensed to practice in Idaho and Washington. He maintains a general practice that revolves around estate planning, real estate transactions, business formation and advising, probate, and elder law. Mr. Merrill has a passion to serve hard working individuals in pursuing their legal and personal goals.

Mr. Merrill received his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis-Clark State College and commissioned as an Army Officer after completing the Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) program at the University of Idaho in 2011. Mr. Merrill served as an Army Nurse Corps Officer from 2012-2016 and was stationed in Germany throughout his time in service. Upon leaving the Army, he attended law school at the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Merrill served as a teaching assistant for the legal writing course taught to first year law students during his second and third years of law school. Mr. Merrill served as a summer associate at Halverson Northwest Law Group, PC in Yakima, Washington during the summer of 2018. He also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Elder Law in the fall of 2018.

Paul and his wife, April, and their two children reside in Lewiston, Idaho.​​​​​​​
