The firm argues appeals to the Idaho Supreme Court and Idaho Court of Appeals. The firm also regularly engages in appeals from Idaho Magistrate Courts to the Idaho District Courts. Appeals from the Washington Superior Court to the Washington Court of Appeals and the Washington Supreme Courts are also undertaken.
