Theodore O. Creason, Member, graduated from the University of Idaho receiving his B.A. in 1970 and J.D. in 1973. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Creason was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1973. He was a former Deputy Prosecutor for Nez Perce County from 1975 to 1978. Mr. Creason is a member of the Idaho State Bar, American Bar Association, American Bar Foundation, Defense Research Institute, Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, International Association of Defense Counsel, Ray McNichols American Inns of Court, the Ninth Circuit Conference Executive Committee, Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, PICO (Public Information Outreach Committee, and LRRC - Lawyer Representative. Mr. Creason's areas of emphasis include civil litigation, insurance defense, commercial and corporate law.
