Eugene A. Cox established the firm following his admission to practice law in the State of Idaho on October 7, 1902. He was joined by Noel B. Martin in 1921, then by Marcus J. Ware in 1927. Marcus Ware practiced law with the firm from 1927 until his retirement sixty years later in 1987. Daniel O'Connell was admitted to practice law in 1953 and developed a highly-respected insurance defense and business law practice prior to his death in 1988. In 1985, Theodore O. Creason became a partner and the firm name was changed to Ware, O'Connell and Creason. In 1992, the firm became known as Creason, Moore & Dokken following the admission of Christopher J. Moore and David E. Dokken into the partnership.
Creason, Moore & Dokken, PLLC currently has four members, Theodore O. Creason, Christopher J. Moore, David E. Dokken, Tod D. Geidl. The firm's client list includes insurance companies, banking institutions, medical facilities, corporations and individuals.
